By-Laws

At the Texas State Historical Association 2010 business meeting, held March 5, 2010 during the Annual Meeting, TSHA members voted on the proposed changes to the TSHA By-laws. The Annual Program mailed to members included formal notification that the Board of Directors approved several important changes to the Association's By-laws that required approval by the TSHA membership at our annual business meeting. The business meeting was held on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 1:45 P.M. in Grand Ballroom F-J of the Marriott Quorum Hotel in Addison.
