At the Texas State Historical Association's 2013 Business Meeting, held Friday, March 1, 2013 during the 117th Annual Meeting, TSHA members voted on the proposed changes to the TSHA Bylaws. A postcard was mailed to members providing formal notification that the Board of Directors approved several important changes to the Association's Bylaws that require approval by the TSHA membership at the annual Business Meeting. The meeting was held on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 1:45 P.M. in the Pecos Room of the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel.
