Annual Meeting Exhibit Space
 

117th Annual Meeting
February 28 - March 2, 2013
Fort Worth, Texas

Exhibit space is available for the Annual Meeting. The multiple-day event attracts a wide audience ranging from collectors to university professors and graduate students to history enthusiasts.

The exhibits will be the Hotel's Regency Ballroom on the same floor and in the same area of the hotel as the registration area, many of the session rooms, and the Silent Auction display. Having the exhibits area so centrally located will generate foot traffic and interest.

Space in the ballroom will include:

  • A draped 6' table and 2 chairs
  • Meeting registration for two exhibit representatives
  • Listing in the 2013 Annual Meeting program that is mailed to 3,000+ members nationwide.
  • The opportunity to have each exhibitor  listed on the TSHA Annual Meeting web page with live links to the exhibitor's website

Multiple space and additional tables are available.

Exhibit Set-Up: Wednesday, February 27, 2013 2:00 - 5:00 PM
  Thursday, February 28, 2013 7:00 - 10:00 AM
Exhibits Open:  Thursday, February 28, 2013 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  Friday, March 1, 2013 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  Saturday, March 2, 2013 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon

Packages and Deliveries

Any packaged delivered to the Hotel must arrive no sooner than seven (7) working days prior to the function. It is imperative that the packaging slips have the following information:

There will be no charge for zero (0) to three (3) boxes. However, if there are four (4) or more there will be a $5.00 per box handling fee. A separate labor charge applies to Crates and Pallets as they do not qualify as boxes.  Any boxes left at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel seven (7) days after the event without prior instructions will be disposed of.
