EXHIBIT SPACE is available for the Annual Meeting. The multiple-day event attracts a wide audience ranging from collectors to university professors and graduate students to history enthusiasts.
The exhibits will be the Hotel's Regency Ballroom on the same floor and in the same area of the hotel as the registration area, many of the session rooms, and the Silent Auction display. Having the exhibits area so centrally located will generate foot traffic and interest.
Two options are available for exhibit space—the Hotel Ballroom for $250 (full for 2012) and the Pre-Function 1 Area for $300. The Pre-Function space is at the entrance to the Ballroom. Please refer to the Houston Omni Hotel floor plan.
Space in the Ballroom and in the Pre-Function Space will include:
- A draped 6' table and 2 chairs
- Meeting registration for two exhibit representatives
- Listing in the 2011 Annual Meeting program that is mailed to 3000+ members nationwide if contract is received by October 31, 2011
- The opportunity to have each exhibitor listed on the TSHA Annual Meeting web page with live links to the exhibitor's website
- Electricity is available free of charge if exhibitors supply an extension cord. Internet and other technical options can be purchased using the Omni AVT Exhibitors Form.
Multiple space and additional tables are available.

ADVERTISING SPACE IN THE ANNUAL MEETING PROGRAM is available. The annual meeting program is mailed to TSHA's 3000+ members and is distributed onsite at the Annual Meeting. It is also posted on the Association's website at www.TSHAonline.org. Pairing an advertisement in the annual meeting program with an exhibit space is the optimal means to draw attention to your company, organization, or product.
If you are unable to exhibit this year, placing an ad is an excellent opportunity to promote your organization or product. TSHA members and annual meeting attendees reside all over Texas and as far away as Alaska. They demonstrate great interest in all aspects of Texas: Texas museums and historic sites, history books, and Texas products.
Single page and multiple page black and white advertisements are available, beginning at $250.00 with the available image area of 4 3/8" x 7 1/2" per page.
