At the Texas State Historical Association 2008 business meeting, held March 7, 2008 during the Annual Meeting, TSHA members voted to pass the proposed changes to the TSHA By-laws. The Annual Program mailed to members included formal notification that the Board of Directors approved several important changes to the Association's By-laws that required approval by the TSHA membership at our annual business meeting. The business meeting was held on Friday, March 7, 2008 at 1:45 P.M. in Nueces B of the Omni Bayfront Tower Hotel in Corpus Christi.
