Chapters with existing charters must complete Chapter Renewal FormAcrobat PDF file, requires Acrobat Reader annually to remain active. If you are currently inactive and need your chapter number, please contact TSHA staff. You may also renew your form online using the webform.

At-Large Members must complete an At-Large Membership FormAcrobat PDF file, requires Acrobat Reader annually to remain active.
