AUSTIN FREEMAN'S PRESS. The Austin Freeman's Press was published in 1868, first as the Freedman's Press and then briefly as the Freeman's Press. An issue appeared simultaneously in Austin and in Galveston on October 24 of that year.


The following, adapted from the Chicago Manual of Style, 15th edition, is the preferred citation for this article.
