EAST FORK OF WHITE ROCK CREEK. The East Fork of White Rock Creek rises two miles southeast of Arbor Grove in east central Houston County (at 31°17' N, 95°14' W) and flows southwest for 6½ miles to its mouth on White Rock Creek, two miles southeast of Shady Grove (at 31°13' N, 95°18' W). The stream flows through flat terrain surfaced by clay and sandy loam that supports water-tolerant hardwoods, conifers, and grasses.
