EAST FORK OF THE ANGELINA RIVER.
The East Fork of the Angelina River rises at the junction of Ham
Creek, Double Tree Branch, and several other small streams, three
miles northwest of Mount Enterprise in southern Rusk County (at
31°57' N, 94°44' W), and runs southwest for nineteen
miles to its mouth on the Angelina River, near the Nacogdoches
county line two miles southeast of Reklaw (at 31°51' N, 94°56'
W). It traverses flat to rolling terrain surfaced by sandy and
clay loam that supports water-tolerant hardwoods, conifers, and
grasses.
