FULLER SPRINGS, TEXAS. Fuller Springs is on U.S. Highway 69 on the southeastern edge of Lufkin in central Angelina County. The residential community was founded in the 1970s and incorporated in 1979. Its population in 1980 was 781, and by 1989 it was 1,464. In the early 1990s Fuller Springs was annexed by Lufkin.
