FAIR OAKS, TEXAS. Fair Oaks is on Farm Road 39 a mile east of Lake Limestone at the eastern edge of Limestone County. In 1946 the community had a cemetery and a number of scattered dwellings. By 1966 Fair Oaks had two businesses, a church, and a number of scattered dwellings. The community was still listed in 1990, though population figures were unavailable.
