GALVESTON DAILY GLOBE. The Daily Globe, edited by Benjamin F. Neal and printed by Samuel Bangs,qqv began publication in Galveston in November 1845. It was possibly also called the Daily Globe and Galveston Commercial Chronicle. The paper must have ended in December 1845, for Bangs was printing the Corpus Christi Gazetteqv on January 1, 1846.
