HOLLYWOOD PARK, TEXAS. Hollywood Park is near the junction of Loop 1604 and U.S. Highway 281, twelve miles north of downtown San Antonio in northern Bexar County. It developed in the late 1940s and was incorporated in 1955. Its population in 1960 was 783; by 1970 it was 2,299. In 1990 the community had 2,841 residents. The population grew to 2,983 in 2000.
