JACKSON KNOB. Jackson Knob is within the Fort Hood military reservationqv two miles north of Killeen in south central Coryell County (at 31°10' N, 97°45' W). Its summit, at an elevation of 1,049 feet above sea level, rises some 170 feet above the surrounding terrain.
