LULL, TEXAS. Lull is a colonia off Farm Road 1925 five miles northwest of Edinburg in central Hidalgo County. It developed during the early 1960s and by 1976 had 241 dwellings and an estimated population of 1,128. In 1986 the colonia had an estimated population of 999. The population remained the same through 2000.
