LAKE PAULINE, TEXAS. Lake Pauline is six miles southeast of Quanah and just west of the Conley oilfield off U.S. Highway 287 in southeastern Hardeman County. The small community is a tourist resort on the lake of the same name. Maps from the 1930s show a power plant, a business, and a few scattered dwellings around the lake.
