LANGHAM CREEK. Langham Creek rises in northern Harris County (at 29°56' N, 95°44' W) in an area where stretches of coastal prairie are interspersed with woodlands of pine and oak. The creek runs southeast for 15½ miles to its mouth on Bear Creek, in the Bear Creek Park area near Addicks Reservoir (at 29°48' N, 95°38' W). The soils of the surrounding region consist of clay and sandy loams.
