MARCO, TEXAS. Marco was on the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway four miles south of Melvin near the Concho county line in western McCulloch County. It reported twenty residents and one business in 1939; the population was ten in 1966. The community did not appear on 1987 county highway maps.
