MONTAGUE, TEXAS (Coryell County). Montague, also known as Montague Village, is near Copperas Cove in southern Coryell County. It is an adjunct of the Fort Hood military reservation. The community had a population of 1,275 in the 1980s and 1,410 in 1990.
