NEUSSER, TEXAS. Neusser was near Mozo on the Missouri, Kansas, and Texas Railroad eight miles east of Georgetown in central Williamson County. The community was founded by Johann Neusser, a German settler, in 1881. A post office operated in a store at Neusser from 1892 to 1894. In 1915 the Neusser family changed their name to Naizer, and the community presumably became Naizerville about the same time. In 1948 Naizerville was not shown on the county highway map.
