NEBLETTS CREEK. Nebletts Creek rises just south of Waverly near the Walker county line in San Jacinto County (at 30°31' N, 95°20' W) and runs southeast for eight miles to its mouth on Winters Bayou, near Farm Road 1725 southwest of Magnolia (at 30°29' N, 95°13' W). It crosses flat to rolling terrain with local escarpments surfaced by deep, fine sandy loam that supports hardwood forests.
