PAISANO PEAK (Bell County). Paisano Peak is 1½ miles east of Youngsport beside the Lampasas River in southwestern Bell County (at 30°58' N, 97°41' W). With an elevation of 968 feet above sea level, its summit rises 300 feet above the nearby Lampasas River.
