ROLLING MEADOWS, TEXAS. Rolling Meadows, on Farm Road 2087 just north of Danville in south central Gregg County, is a residential development established in the late 1970s. The community incorporated in the early 1980s. The reported population in 1982 was 255; by 1990 it had grown to 291. In 2000 the population reached 352.
