RATCLIFF, TEXAS (Starr County). Ratcliff is a dispersed rural community on an unmarked county one mile east of Farm Road 2360 in extreme southeastern Starr County. It was formerly the location of a freight station on the Rio Grande City Railway and the Old Military Highway. In 1948 highway maps showed the town, but no businesses.
