SABINE MILLS, TEXAS. Sabine Mills was a short-lived post office community near the site of what is now Rolling Meadows seven miles south of Longview in southeastern Gregg County. A post office operated there from 1878 until 1880. The small community, apparently the site of cotton or saw mills, was still shown on maps in 1882 but had disappeared by 1900.
