TALPACATE CREEK. Talpacate Creek rises four miles southwest of Normanna in north central Bee County (at 28°29' N, 97°49' W) and runs southeast for ten miles to its mouth on Poesta Creek, two miles east of Beeville (at 28°23' N, 97°41' W).
