TWIN MOUNTAINS (Erath County). The Twin Mountains are at the headwaters of the Salt Fork of Barton Creek two miles west of Hannibal Cemetery in northwest Erath County (at 32°23' N, 98°25' W). At 1,550 feet, the peaks are 300 feet higher than the surrounding area.
