TABLE TOP MOUNTAIN
(Upton County). Table Top Mountain is between Southwest Mesa and
Five Mile Creek 7½ miles southeast of McCamey in southern
Upton County (at 31°06' N, 102°05' W) and has an elevation
of 3,015 feet. It is composed of limestone and calcareous clay
substrate with shallow, stony, clay loam soil; juniper, oak, grasses,
chaparral, and cacti are found on the mountain.
