WINTERGREEN, TEXAS. Wintergreen, a ghost town in northeastern Karnes County, was situated at the intersection of the Victoria-San Antonio and the lower Helena-Gonzales roads. It appeared on maps from 1858 to 1868, including a Civil War map of 1865.
