Wafflelow Creek rises 1½ miles west of Pisgah in northeastern Nacogdoches County (at 31°42' N, 94°33' W) and runs east for five miles to its mouth on Turkey Creek, 1½ miles southwest of Libby (at 31°42' N, 94°25' W). The stream is intermittent in its upper reaches. It traverses flat terrain with local shallow depressions and sandy and clay loam soils in which grow water-tolerant hardwoods, conifers, and grasses.
