WAGON WHEEL HILL. Wagon Wheel Hill, also known as Wagon Top Hill, is six miles south of Blewett in far southwestern Uvalde County (at 29°07' N, 100 W). With an elevation of 922 feet, its summit rises 110 feet above nearby Farm Road 481 where the road crosses the Uvalde-Zavala county line.
