ANDER-WESER-KILGORE, TEXAS. Ander-Weser-Kilgore, located in the northern and northeastern sections of Goliad County, was classified as a census-designated place in 2000. This community consists of the rural communities of Ander, Weser, and Kilgore and had a population of 322 in 2000
