HIGHLAND, TX (SMITH COUNTY)
HIGHLAND, TEXAS (Smith County). Highland is a residential community located east of U. S. Highway 69 and thirteen miles south of Tyler in southern Smith County. The development began in the 1980s, but as of 2000 no population estimates were available.
