ROCK HILL, TX (HENDERSON COUNTY)

ROCK HILL, TEXAS (Henderson County). Rock Hill was off Farm Road 3204 nineteen miles northeast of Athens in northeastern Henderson County. The community was established in the late 1800s. In the mid-1930s the settlement had a church, a school, and a number of houses. After World War II the school closed, and in the early 1990s only the church and a few houses remained.
