PENICK, TX
PENICK, TEXAS. Penick was located in central Jones County. The small settlement, established in the 1880s and named for local rancher R. L. Penick, was a station on the Wichita Valley Railroad. It continued as a shipping point through the 1940s but does not appear on later maps.
