PICKERING, TX
PICKERING, TEXAS. Pickering was established in 1920 in eastern Shelby County on a tram line run from the Pickering Mill at Haslam. Though the community was an important timber center while the mill was in operation, Pickering disappeared when the tram railroad was removed.
