ARROYO PALO ALTO
ARROYO PALO ALTO. Arroyo Palo Alto rises a mile southeast of Victoria in central Victoria County (at 28°47' N, 96°55' W) and runs southeast for ten miles to its mouth on Placedo Creek (at 28°44' N, 96°46' W). The flat to rolling prairie of the area is surfaced by clay loam that supports mesquite and various grasses.
