BILLS CREEK. Bills Creek begins in southwest Palo Pinto County (at 32°37' N, 98°34' W) and runs southeast for seven miles to its mouth on the North Fork of Palo Pinto Creek, 1½ miles west of Strawn (at 32°33' N, 98°30' W). It traverses relatively flat terrain surfaced by stony, clay loams that support shrubs and live oaks.
