BLACK HILL BRANCH

BLACK HILL BRANCH. Black Hill Branch rises three miles northeast of Lytle in southwestern Bexar County (at 29°16' N, 98°45' W) and runs northeast for three miles to its mouth on Live Oak Creek, 1½ miles southwest of Atascosa (at 29°16' N, 98°43' W). It traverses rolling land surfaced by clay loam that supports mesquite and grasses.
