BOB CREEK. Bob Creek rises four miles west of U.S. Highway 83 in southern King County (at 33°27' N, 100°21' W) and runs south for five miles to its mouth on the Salt Fork of the Brazos River, in northern Stonewall County (at 33°23' N, 100°20' W). It passes steep slopes surfaced by clay and sandy loams in which grow juniper, cacti, scrub brush, and sparse grasses.
