DARK HOLLOW BRANCH
DARK HOLLOW BRANCH. Dark Hollow Branch rises three miles southwest of Anson in south central Jones County (at 32°43' N, 99°57' W) and runs seven miles southeast to its mouth on the Clear Fork of the Brazos River, just east of Truby (at 32°39' N, 99°54' W). It crosses flat to gently sloping terrain surfaced by sandy loam that supports mesquite and grasses.
