ELM CREEK (EASTLAND COUNTY)
ELM CREEK (Eastland County). Elm Creek rises north of Rising Star in southwestern Eastland County (at 32°08' N, 98°57' W) and runs northeast for nine miles to its mouth on the Sabana River, near the Comanche county line (at 32°10' N, 98°49' W). It passes through rolling hills surfaced by sandy clay loams that support vegetation including tall grasses.
