ELLIOTT CREEK (MILLS COUNTY)
ELLIOTT CREEK (Mills County). Elliott Creek rises in southern Mills County (at 31°22' N, 98°30' W) and runs south for ten miles to its mouth on the Colorado River (at 31°15' N, 98°34' W). The local terrain is flat with local shallow depressions and is surfaced by clay and sandy loams that support water-tolerant hardwoods, conifers, and grasses.
