LIVE OAK CREEK (BEXAR COUNTY)

LIVE OAK CREEK (Bexar County). Live Oak Creek rises two miles southwest of Macdona in southwestern Bexar County (at 29°19' N, 98°44' W) and runs southeast for four miles to its mouth on Elm Creek, one mile southeast of Atascosa (at 29°16' N, 98°43' W). It traverses rolling terrain surfaced by clay loam that supports mesquite and grasses.
