LONG BRANCH (GUADALUPE COUNTY)

LONG BRANCH (Guadalupe County). Long Branch rises in east central Guadalupe County (at 29°39' N, 97°50' W) a half mile west of Kingsbury and runs south for 6½ miles to its mouth (at 29°35' N, 97°51' W) on Mill Creek, six miles east of Seguin. The rolling prairies are surfaced by clay loams that support mesquite and grasses.
