LITTLE HACKBERRY DRAW
LITTLE HACKBERRY DRAW. Little Hackberry Draw, which contains an intermittent stream, rises eight miles southwest of Rock Springs in central Edwards County (at 29°57' N, 100°19' W) and runs southwest ten miles to its mouth on the West Nueces River (at 29°54' N, 100°25' W). It traverses variable terrain surfaced by shallow, stony soils that support oak, juniper, mesquite, scrub brush, and sparse grasses.
