ROCKY CREEK (GREGG COUNTY)
ROCKY CREEK (Gregg County). Rocky Creek rises just north of Interstate 20 near the center of Liberty City in western Gregg County (at 32°26' N, 94°57' W) and flows northeast for three miles to its mouth on Prairie Creek near its confluence with the Sabine River (at 32°28' N, 94°55' W). The area has flat terrain surfaced by clay and sandy loam that supports water-tolerant hardwoods, conifers, and grasses.
