SPRING CREEK (KERR COUNTY)

SPRING CREEK (Kerr County). Spring Creek rises three miles southeast of Camp Verde in southeastern Kerr County (at 29°52' N, 99°04' W) and flows north for four miles to its mouth on Verde Creek, three miles southwest of Center Point (at 29°55' N, 99°03' W). The creek passes steep slopes and benches surfaced by shallow clay loams that support juniper, live oak, mesquite, and grasses.
