SQUAW CREEK (HASKELL COUNTY)
SQUAW CREEK (Haskell County). Squaw Creek rises two miles north of U.S. Highway 380 in east central Haskell County (at 33°15' N, 99°29' W) and runs north for nine miles to its mouth on Millers Creek, a mile south of Millers Creek Reservoir in Throckmorton County (at 33°20' N, 99°27' W). The stream traverses flat to gently sloping terrain surfaced by shallow to moderately deep clay and silt loams that support mesquite and grasses.
