TINSLEY CREEK

TINSLEY CREEK. Tinsley Creek rises four miles northwest of Gonzales in central Gonzales County (at 29°37' N, 97°23' W) and runs southeast for five miles to its mouth on Denton Creek (at 29°33' N, 97°22' W). Variable terrain in the area is surfaced by sand and clay that support mixed hardwoods and pines.
