ANTELOPE MOUND
ANTELOPE MOUND. Antelope Mound, also known as Antelope Hill, is six miles north of Copperas Cove in southern Coryell County (at 31°12' N, 97°53' W). It rises 1,040 feet above sea level, forty feet above the surrounding countryside. It has been part of Fort Hood since 1942.
